Technology overview
The high-efficiency hydrocyclone separation technology, developed based on the features of suspended solids in produced water of oil/gas field, combines special ionic flocculants with wastewater to compress the double electrode layer and destabilize the particulate matters in wastewater.The colloidal particles agglomerate together to enlarge particles and form flocculating constituent and alumen ustum.The mixed liquor enters the hydrocyclone separator through tangential inlet to promote the mixed liquor to rotate inside separator.The separation is achieved by virtue of the density difference between two or among multiple phases under the impact of centrifugal force, and at the same time, the dispersed suspended solids of solid phase aggregate together to form stratified sedimentation and achieve three-phase separation successively and rapidly.
